Responsibilities:

• Identify parts required for both field engineers and workshops
• Order as required from parts or supplier direct
• Cost control where required (or options)
• Keep engineer/controller updated.
• Chase back orders
• Administration support for service jobs where required (loading to Big Change etc)
• Assist within E Parts where required

Skills & Knowledge:

• Parts knowledge background desirable (training will be given)
• Good communication skills
• Be PC literate
• Be commercially aware
• Negotiation skills

Experience:

• Parts experience in similar industry
• Proven track record in delivering first class service

General Requirements:

Must be an effective communicator, organised and be able to prioritise workloads.

Working Hours:

Monday to Friday 8.00am to 5.00pm (40 Hours)
